New Music from Kasriel Spector

They say you only see the fruit of the labor and not all the work that went into it - and that’s certainly true here. 6 years ago Kasriel Spector showed up at my door wanting to work on original music that he had put off recording for a long time.

Now, after a global pandemic, and in collaboration with Israeli musician and producer Nate Shavin (working through wartime) Kasriel has released 3 simultaneous singles representing the fruit of that effort.

We recorded his vocals at my studio, re-recording some of them once we heard them against Nate’s wonderful arrangements and the musicians he hired in Israel - it was clear we had to step up our game at that point! I also played bass on Awake O’ My Soul.

We have so much more in progress, and this is only the first release of many you’ll be seeing from Kasriel.
